Terms of Payment

EXCHANGE RATES
Anacaraka Bali Travel applies dynamic exchange rate online. Anacaraka Bali Travel will only update the conversion rate if there is a significant increase in the US Dollar to the Rupiah rate.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES
All reservation will be processed if you completely fill our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be replied at least within 12 to 24 hours during business days and 24 - 36 hours during weekends. If your reservation is not confirmed within 12-24 hours our staff will inform you and provide you with other suggestions. Since we receive more inquiries than reservations - all inquiries will be replied within 48 hours.

INQUIRIES VS RESERVATIONS
We will prioritize reservations more than inquiries. We assume you have agreed to the price listed down on the website on all reservations made. Reservations require you to state your plane ticket number/code. So please make sure you state this on your submitted form. Reservation request without plane ticket number will be treated as a normal inquiry.

CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION
All reservations will be followed up within hours on weekdays office hours – 09.00 to 17.00 Singapore time and within 24-36 hours on Weekends and non office hours (see reservation procedure above) with emails to confirm your booking or suggest to you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked.
When your booking is confirmed, the payment will be processed.
If you choose payment method no. 1 (please see below on the list of payment method), we request for you to fill out our credit card authorization form (CCAF), a copy of your passport photo page (your ID), and a copy of your credit card (both side) to be scanned or faxed to us (fax still offline). Once we have received your credit card details, we simply check with our bank. We will charge your credit card for the hotel room only after having supplied you with a confirmed reservation.
If you choose for payment method no. 2, you will be required to send us proof of transfer, before we reserve the room.
You will be provided with a reservation confirmation voucher via email after the payment being processed. Yo u may be asked to present this to the front desk upon checkin. A hotel voucher will be sent directly to the hotel that you made a reservation with.

PAYMENT METHOD
There are 2 options
Payment via credit card
Payment done via bank transfer
Please read the Payment Alternatives detail below
Credit Card >>> Full payment can be done via credit card (VISA & MASTER card only). However please note that with this type of payment method, we will deduct an additional 3% from the total amount of the reservation due to bank transaction charges. This method of payment requires you to send scanned or photo copies of your credit card double side, passport and a form which you will need to fill in to authorize us to charge your credit card. This method of payment is safe but hassle full since you must scan or fax important documents. (please contact us - info@anacarakabali.com for more info on this method of payment and to access the documents which you must sign scan/fax back to us)
Via Bank Transfer >>> Payment via bank transfer can only be accepted for domestic guests. For international guests, payment through bank transfer will be subject to conditions. In such case, our reservation officer will communicate you with the terms and conditions. We only recommend this method of payment if the value is over USD 1000. Otherwise you could pay the deposit to guarantee your room availability and then pay the rest later on your arrival. CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation fee will not be charged by anacarakabali.com. However cancellation fees might be charged by the Hotels or other arranger with whom agreement have been made and for such condition that may occur, these fees will be charge to the client.
If you cancel the reservation :
= 7 days (low season), 14 days (high season), 30 days (peak season) or Less preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 night room charge.
If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.
= no show will subject to 100% room charge
Any policies stated by the hotel will always supersede those stated here. In such cases our reservation officer will of course inform you with a clear and complete details. Otherwise we will follow the above cancellation policy.
Credit Cards Refunds:   Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account .
All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner typically this takes 4 to 5 works days for the instruction to leave our bank. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our bank it can take up to one month for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
Please note, we are only allowed to make refunds to the same card that did the charge.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.

LAW OF AGREEMENT
The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.
